Mr. Lloyd de L. Ince, ChFC, CFP, CLU, LOA (Inst. of Can. Bankers)

 

With over 30 years’ experience in the banking and insurance industries in Trinidad and the Caribbean, Mr. Ince established The Consulting Interface Limited to provide independent financial consulting advice to individuals and corporations.  He is a Certified Financial Planner, a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant, graduating from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, one of America’s oldest educational institutes in financial sciences. He specialises in employee benefits consulting, retirement planning, investment portfolio management and personal financial counselling.  He possesses a unique ability to communicate personal financial principles and concepts to individuals at all levels, and more importantly, to motivate them to improved lifestyle planning.  A former lecturer and subject head at ROYTEC (a faculty of UWI School of Business and Applied Studies), he has presented seminars and programmes for a variety of clients including Neal and Massy Holdings Limited, Sagicor, Republic Bank Limited, First Citizens Bank,  T & TEC, A S Bryden and Sons (Barbados) Limited and BP Trinidad and Tobago Limited.  As a senior consultant to The Caribbean Consulting Group, he recently coordinated a comprehensive individual financial counselling programme for employees of the Caribbean Development Bank in Barbados arising from a major redesign of their retirement benefits.


Other projects by The Consulting Interface Limited have ranged from benefit planning and personalised counselling for listed company executives to debt management for credit union members.  In recent years, The Consulting Interface Limited and a related NGO have been pioneering the teaching of basic investment and financial concepts to youth.

 


   

Mrs. Gail Roberts-Keil, B.Sc., DAT

 

Mrs. Roberts-Keil is an Associate Consultant with The Consulting Interface Limited and Actuarial Analyst with KR Consulting, specialising in pensions.  She holds double first class honours degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of the West Indies and a post-graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science from the City University, London, where she graduated with distinction.  Ms. Roberts-Keil holds the Diploma in Actuarial Techniques from the UK Institute of Actuaries and has worked for several years in the employee benefits field.  Her prior experience also includes working with Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited.  As an actuarial analyst on the TCIL team, she has conducted many seminars, workshops and consulting sessions on retirement planning, pension plan design and general money management. Her experience includes the development of communication materials.  Her work has benefited Shell Trinidad Limited, Neal and Massy Holdings, Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited and many more.

 

   

Mrs. Rhonda Reid-Hylegar,  B.Sc.Elec. Eng., Dip. Mgmt Studies

 

Mrs. Reid-Hylegar is an associate consultant with The Consulting Interface Limited.  She has successfully completed the Canadian Financial Planners Standards Council (FPSC) examinations for designation as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). She is currently the Subject Head for the CFP Education Program at UWI School of Business and Applied Studies Limited (t/a ROYTEC), where she also lectures in the areas of Financial Planning Fundamentals and Risk and Retirement Panning.  She holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (upper second class honours) and a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, both from UWI, St Augustine.  She has worked with Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Ltd for seventeen years as a Manager in the Forecasting and the Information Technology departments, and also with Cable and Wireless International and Regional Operations. She has developed and implemented billing solutions and conducted the relevant training of persons both locally and regionally within C&W group including Panama, Antigua, St. Lucia, Barbados and the Cayman Islands.  Her unique blend of experience lends a valuable source to the delivery of programs and the empowering of individuals to achieve pre-determined objectives.
