Financial Counseling - EAP

Service Description

Confidential financial counselling support services to employees of organisations who maintain an EAP. Staff access our service at no cost to them, but the employer covers the cost. An employee completes a Personal Financial Planning Data Profile (PFPDP), and TCIL conducts a preliminary financial needs analysis before setting an appointment, to ensure that the consultation is relevant to the employees needs. The employee then arranges a mutually convenient date and time for a face to face or online counselling session. Subsequently, the employee receives a Confidential Summary Report, which can be used as a working tool, as they move forward.
